At our house, we have the capacity to rent up to 6 rooms affordably to students from RWTH Aachen and FH Aachen. This offer is primarily aimed at first-year students who will find everything needed for a smooth start into student life. As a resident, you can casually participate in our association activities and events offered during the semester. During the so-called „Fuxxenzeit,“ you can explore whether you want to become a part of our community. This period allows you to take on responsibilities and actively contribute to our communal life.
Room sizes range from 12 to approximately 18 square meters. Each room is equipped with a TV connection, high-speed internet, and a good Wi-Fi connection. Additionally, each room has a landline phone connection.
The resident floor features a well-maintained bathroom, a breakfast kitchen with refrigerators, and ample space for storing food and dishes. The rooms for rent are unfurnished, though we might provide a wardrobe or a bed as a temporary solution.
All rooms are non-smoking.
In addition to the resident floor, all house residents have access to the common areas on the ground floor and in the basement. The ground floor includes our beer kitchen with a large drink cooler and the Convent, which can be used as a study area.
The basement houses the communal kitchen, where not only residents but also active members gather for cooking. The basement also features a party room with a TV, a small sauna, and a small library. Additionally, there are two washing machines and a dryer available.
The garden is a great spot for barbecuing, studying, or simply sitting in the sun during the summer. Both association members and house residents can use it, and friends are welcome to join as well.
